03.00-09.00 : Towards the top of Rinjani 09.00-10.00 : Enjoy the peak of Rinjani 10.00-13.00 : Back to Plawangan Sembalun 13.00-14.00 : Rest, Packing & Eating
14.00-18.00 : Descend to Segara Anak
18.00-xx.xx : Camp in Segara Anak

Day 4:
06.00-08.00 : Wake up, packing
08.00-11.00: Trekking to Torean
11.00-18.00: Trekking to the basecamp torean
18.00-xx.xx : Rest and return to kuta lombok at basecamp
